1.Electricity and gas

Call the electricity and gas companies when you determine the day to start living in a new house to make electricity and gas available.

Pay the charges monthly at a bank, post office or convenience store.
Pay when you receive a payment slip (a document required to make payment) at home.

For apartments and rental condominiums, the electric and gas companies may be fixed.
Ask the apartment manager, someone who lives nearby, or someone from the company.

2.Water supply

You need to complete the necessary procedures at the municipal office at least 3 days prior to the day you want to start using the water supply.
Pay the charges every two months at a bank, post office or convenience store.
Pay when you receive a payment slip (a document required to make payment) at home.
