Disabilities

A disability is an impairment of the body, intelligence, or mind.
Those with disabilities can receive a “disability certificate” from the municipal office.
With the certificate, you may pay less tax, or pay less for buses, trains, etc.
To receive the disability certificate, you have to be diagnosed at a hospital or submit the required documents.

• Persons with physical disabilities:“Physical Disability Certificate”
• Persons with intellectual disabilities: “Medical Rehabilitation Handbook”
• Persons with mental disabilities who have difficulty in daily life: “Mental Disability Certificate”.
